PIS PASEP 2024 Calendar

The 2024 Salary Bonus Calendar, corresponding to the 2022 base year, has been released by Caixa Econômica Federal. The schedule, approved at a meeting of the Deliberative Council of the Worker Support Fund (Codefat) held this Wednesday (13), establishes the beginning of payments from February 15th. In the case of PIS (Social Integration Program), the payment date is determined by the worker's month of birth, while for Pasep (Public Servant Asset Formation Program), the final digit of the program's registration number is considered. All beneficiaries have until December 27th to make the withdrawal.

PIS is intended for private sector workers, and payment administration is carried out by Caixa Econômica Federal. Pasep, on the other hand, benefits public servants, with deposits being made by Banco do Brasil.

According to Codefat information, approximately 24.5 million workers are entitled to receive the salary bonus, totaling benefits worth R$ 23.9 billion.

Pis 2024 Payment Calendar (Base Year 2022)

The salary bonus is a benefit established by Law No. 7,998/90, corresponding to at most one minimum wage. Its payment follows an annual calendar determined by the Deliberative Council of the Worker Support Fund (CODEFAT) and is intended for workers who meet the legal requirements.

The resources come from the Worker Support Fund (FAT), with Caixa Econômica Federal responsible for payment administration, while the Ministry of Labor and Employment validates beneficiaries.

To be entitled to the salary bonus, workers must meet the following criteria:

1. Be registered in the PIS/Pasep program or in the CNIS (date of first employment) for at least five years;
2. Have worked for employers who contribute to the Social Integration Program (P
