The first report of a UFO in Brazil was recorded in 1901, in the city of São Paulo. A man claimed to have seen a bright object in the sky that moved rapidly and disappeared within seconds.

Since then, there have been UFO reports from all regions of Brazil. In some cases, the objects were seen by groups of people and even by governmental authorities.

One of the most famous UFO sightings in Brazil occurred in 1968, in the city of Colares, Pará. For months, city residents reported seeing bright objects in the sky that emitted colorful lights and changed shapes.

This case drew international media attention and was investigated by the Brazilian Army. However, the investigations reached no definitive conclusions.

Another famous case occurred in 1996, in the city of Varginha, Minas Gerais. Three girls claimed to have seen a bright object land in a thicket. They said that as they approached the object, they saw a being with fair skin and long hair.

This case was also investigated by the Brazilian Army, but the investigations were concluded without reaching any conclusions.

In 2021, a Brazilian Air Force (FAB) pilot reported seeing a UFO flying over São José dos Campos, São Paulo. The pilot described the object as gray and oval-shaped. He stated that the object was flying at a very high speed and did not emit any sound.

This case was investigated by the FAB, but it was not possible to identify what the object was.

These are just a few of the many UFO sighting cases recorded in Brazil. The reports vary and include everything from bright objects in the sky to alien beings.

There is no scientific consensus on the existence of UFOs or extraterrestrial life. However, reports of sightings continue to be recorded all over the world, including in Brazil.
